Why I developed It?
I have designed/developed this app, as I could not find a single app that can quickly give the results I want when I needed it the most. I also wanted the app interface to be easy to use and the user should be able to generate reports and email it with One Touch! I have used this myself and it has helped me a lot. So I decided, why not publish it and help others?

By the way, all calculations are approximates so they may be off by few dollars if you compare with real values. The app should give you a good picture of all the options you have on the table. So try it!
